SAIC nets DLA work

Science Applications International Corp. won a three-year extension on its industrial prime vendor contract with the Defense Logistics Agency's Defense Supply Center in Philadelphia. The extension gives the five-year contract a potential value of more than $200 million.

Under the terms of the agreement, SAIC will provide expendable parts support to the Air Force's three Air Logistics Centers, located in Warner Robins, Ga.; Oklahoma City; and Ogden, Utah.

Along with the contract extension, the program will expand to include 19,000 additional parts and will be managed from SAIC's office in Warner Robins, Ga.
