Frank Lalley, the assistant commissioner for service delivery at the General Services Administration's Federal Technology Service, has joined Government Telecommunications Inc. of Chantilly, Va., bringing to a close his 35 years of government service.
Government Telecommunications provides voice, data and networking solutions to government and commercial customers.
Tom Cuneo, vice president of sales and marketing with GTI, confirmed Lalley has joined the company, but he declined to give Lalley's title. He said the company will officially announce Lalley's position in the near future.
Lalley was honored in October by President Bush with the Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Executive.
