The Final Product was instrumental in developing the direct-mail production service market. Its clients included nonprofits, associations, political committees and Fortune 500 companies.

What do you see as your first order of business?

"I am focused on strengthening the Sytel brand in the marketplace and creating a consistent identity for the company as it becomes one of the top players in the enterprise management and portal arenas."

What is the biggest change for you in taking this new role?

"Learning the foreign language (to me) of acronyms that are commonly used in government."
