CLARIFICATION

The front-page story in the Oct. 23 issue, "Covering Your Assests,"should have emphasized that the vendors' year 2000 responsibilities are dictated by contract terms and reasonable expectations of the buyer and seller. In the same issue, WT misstated the use of proceeds for a failed public offering by e-Net Inc. of Germantown, MD. Half of the proceeds were to be used as compensation of future employees in addition to the current employees.
