The North Carolina Human Resources Department, Division of Medical Assistance, in Raleigh contracted with Consultec Inc., Atlanta, to install, modify, implement and maintain a Medicaid Decision Support System. The contract, awarded Aug. 15, is valued at $10 million.
Colorado's Larimer County, Clerk and Recorders Office, in Fort Collins, contracted with Global Election Systems, Albuquerque, N.M., for software, hardware, integration services, training and media management for a replacement of its voting system.
