CACI International is arguing the Navy made the wrong decision in picking Booz Allen Hamilton for a $200 million acquisition support task order.
Booz Allen won the task order under the Seaport-e vehicle to provide professional services to the Naval Sea Systems Command and the affiliated PEO Integrated Warfare Systems. Work includes support for business operations, acquisition support services and logistics support.
CACI is the incumbent and after losing the recompete has gone to the Government Accountability Office to voice their objection. The company is arguing the evaluation was flawed and would have been selected instead if the Navy had done so correctly.
CACI filed its protest on Oct. 21 and a decision is expected Jan. 29.
