Metis Solutions has acquired Pluribus in a move to expand its work with the U.S. intelligence community.

Metis Solutions has acquired Pluribus International in a move that expands the company’s work with the U.S. intelligence community.

Metis, which was bought by its management team in 2017, specializes in intelligence and operations support, international services, policy and strategy support and program management support.

With the addition of Pluribus, it is picking up capabilities in counterintelligence, all-source analysis, critical infrastructure protection, and other mission focused services. Pluribus also brings contracts with the Defense Intelligence Agency and a spot on the GSA MOBIS vehicle. Other customers include NGA and INSCOM.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The deal expands Metis’ presence with the Defense Department, Special Operations and the intelligence community, the company said.

“Pluribus increases the range of highly specialized services that METIS offers to our clients,” said President and CEO Christopher Wynes.
