Blue Delta finds strategic hires in Nolan, Keffer

Blue Delta Capital Partners hires Phil Nolan and Dave Keffer as partners who will bring a depth of experience in transformative transactions.

Blue Delta Capital Partners, the private equity group that has backed the likes of PAE and Acentia, has made two major strategic hires in the last week that add more depth and executive expertise to its ranks.

Hire number one is Phil Nolan, former CEO of Stanley Associates and then Camber Corp.

Number two is Dave Keffer, who until a few months ago was chief financial officer of CSRA.

Both have high level experience at the heart of transformative transactions.

Nolan, who built Stanley from a few million in revenue to over $1 billion, sold the company to CGI Federal in 2010, thrusting that company deeply into the defense market as well as growing its civilian business.

As CEO of Camber, Nolan brought in a new management team and positioned that company for a sale to Huntington Ingalls Industries in 2016, helping that company with a diversification strategy to build a significant technical services business.

Not only was Keffer CFO of CSRA, he also was CFO of SRA International when it was acquired by Computer Sciences Corp. and merged into its U.S. public sector business to create CSRA in 2015. He was an integral part of the integration of CSC’s public sector business and SRA.

Nolan and Keffer have been named general partners at Blue Delta and will work with companies and management teams that the firm has invested in.
