We are closing in on the end of our data collection for our next Washington Technology Contractor Confidence Index, so now is the time to make your voice heard.
The quarterly index measures the sentiment of the market and whether the industry is feeling positive or negative.
Take the survey and let us know.
Each quarter, we ask the community of Washington Technology readers whether they are feeling good or bad about the market through a range of questions such as:
- Do you expect your company to grow or shrink this quarter?
- Is the market headed in the right direction?
- Are growth opportunities growing or shrinking?
- Are you satisfied with your job or are you looking for a new job?
The answers to these and other questions on the survey are analyzed to determine the overall mood of the market.
When we started, we set the index at 100 as a baseline and since then the index has gone up and down. We had several quarters where the index fell below 100 but in the surveys since Donald Trump’s election the confidence index number has been over 100. It hit 112.9 last quarter.
