Trump transition team continues to grow

We have more names and bios of people moving out into the agencies to aid in the transition to the Trump administration.

The Trump transition team has released a third batch of names of folks who are going out in the agencies to aid with the move from the Obama administration to the Trump administration.

As with batches one and two, here is a list of the names with links to biographical information where we could find it.

Defense Department

Mark Albrecht is the chairman of the board of U.S. Space LLC, a satellite provider to DOD.

Kenneth Braithwaite is senior vice president and executive officer of Vizient Inc., a health care services company.

Craig Duehring is a former assistant secretary of the Air Force for manpower and reserve affairs. 

David Trachtenberg is the president and CEO of Shortwater Consulting.

Dakota Wood is a senior research fellow for defense programs at the Heritage Foundation.

Education Department

Williamson Evers is a research fellow at the Hoover Institute. 

Energy Department

Travis Fisher is an economist at the Institute for Energy Research.

Health and Human Services

Marie Meszaros is a policy analyst at the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, formerly known as the Conservative Strategy Project.

John Brooks is a senior principal of health policy at Mitre Corp.

Homeland Security Department

Thomas DiNanno is a senior fellow at the International Assessment & Strategy Center focusing on homeland security and critical infrastructure protection. 

Katharine Gorka is the president of the Council on Global Security.

Housing and Urban Development

Jimmy Kemp is executive vice president of federal systems at Group 47 Inc. and president of the Jack Kemp Foundation.

Shawn Krause is executive vice president at Quicken Loans.

State Department

Catharine O'Neill is a former intern of on the House Foreign Affairs Committee

Treasury Department

Thomas Feddo is a partner at Alston & Bird LLP, specializing in international trade, economic sanctions and government investigations.

Veterans Affairs

Steve Buyer is a former Indiana congressman, who since leaving the House in 2010 has worked as a lobbyist.

Lynda Davis is executive director of the Military and Veteran Caregiver Network and executive vice president of Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, which supports those grieving the death of a loved one serving in the military.

Ellen Embrey is a founder and managing partner of Stratitia Inc., a management consulting firm focused on federal, state and local government agencies. 

J. Keith Kellogg is a corporate vice president at Cubic Corp. There is very little on his LinkedIn profile  but I found another bio for him on Ballotpedia.

Darin Selnick is the founder of the Selnick Group, which specializes in government relations. He formerly was the director for the VA’s Center for Faith-based and Community Initiatives, from 2001 to 2009.

Amber Smith is the author of Danger Close, a recounting of her time as a combat helicopter pilot in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Federal Communications Commission

Roslyn Layton is a fellow at the Center for Communication, Media and Information Technology at Aalborg University in Denmark. She also has been a visiting fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.

NASA

Christopher Shank is the policy and coalition director at the House Science, Space and Technology Committee. He also was director of strategic investments and chief of strategic communications at NASA from 2005 to 2009.

Office of the U.S. Trade Representative

Nova Daly is a public policy consultant at Wiley Rein LLP and formerly was deputy assistant secretary in office of international affairs at the Treasury Department from 2006 to 2009.
