NGA further previews $947M 'Clover' services vehicle

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency gives small business a new glimpse at its $947 million professional services vehicle known as "Clover" through the release of a draft solicitation.

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency has given small businesses new glimpse at its plans for a potential five-year, $947 million contract vehicle to acquire professional services that support NGA’s acquisition and business functions.

NGA on Tuesday released a draft request for proposals for its multiple-award Clover vehicle, which is the successor to the current Emerald effort. The period for comments and questions is open through Feb. 2.

Clover’s solicitation number is HM0476-20-R-0030 in the event there are changes to how Beta.Sam.Gov tracks the procurement. Like the current contract, Clover is set aside for small businesses only.

Broad areas of work for Clover will include lifecycle acquisition management, strategic business and financial management.

Six companies won seats on Emerald in 2016. That contract has an $849 million ceiling over five years.
