Siemens Corp.’s subsidiary for the U.S. federal market has hired 25-year industry veteran Michael House as vice president of business development.

Siemens Government Technologies said Thursday it has tasked House with leading its functions related to business capture planning, development and proposal operations, and solution tailoring.

Those solutions cover areas such as energy resiliency, smart infrastructure, automation and software-driven optimization of maintenance, sustainment and production activities.

House most recently led AECOM’s Americas region energy consulting services business and focused on capture efforts for large multiple-award contract vehicles, plus master service agreements with utilities.
