Vectrus appoints new CFO

Vectrus appoints 25-year industry veteran Susan Lynch as its CFO.

Vectrus said Monday it has appointed nearly 25-year industry veteran Susan Lynch as senior vice president and chief financial officer in a move effective Aug. 7.

She joins the Colorado Springs-based government services company in the midst of its “journey to our 5-year goals of $2.5 billion in revenue and 7% EBITDA margin,” Vectrus CEO Chuck Prow said in a release.

The CFO role was temporarily filled by Chief Accounting Officer William B. Noon since March, when then-finance chief Matthew Klein resigned from the company. Klein joined space systems integrator LinQuest Corp. in June as its CFO.

Lynch was more recently CFO for Sungard Availability Services, a provider of critical protection and recovery services to commercial businesses.

Her career also includes stints as CFO for Hitachi Vantara and prior to that for the former Raytheon Technical Services Company business.
