Chuck Harrington, Parsons' chairman and CEO, discusses the company's initial public offering and what the move means for them going forward.

Chuck Harrington, chairman and CEO of Parsons, shares the strategy behind their move to the public markets after 35 years as an employee-owned company.

He talks about the initial public offering process and what that was like, but also why it was important for the company to make that move as it targets growth in key federal market sectors.
