Blue Delta adds Morea, Hathiramani to advisory board

Blue Delta Capital Partners adds industry veterans in Donna Morea and Deepak Hathiramani to the investment firm's advisory board.

Government market investment firm Blue Delta Capital Partners said Wednesday it has added a pair of industry veterans in Donna Morea and Deepak Hathiramani to its advisory board.

They join a group that already includes several high-profile identities like former Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge, CNSI CEO Todd Stottlemyer, former SRA International CEO Renny DiPentima, former CSRA Chief Financial Officer Dave Keffer, and former Camber Corp. and Stanley CEO Phil Nolan.

Morea is the current chair of the board of directors at Science Applications International Corp., while Hathiramani founded and was chief executive of Vistronix.

Blue Delta makes equity investments and takes non-control ownership positions in government services companies looking to enter their next phase of growth.

The Tauri Group was one of those companies that got the backing of Blue Delta and was acquired by LMI in February.

Blue Delta was also an investor in Acentia, which was acquired by Maximus in 2015; and PAE through a partnership with private equity firm Lindsay Goldberg, which acquired that contractor in 2011. Platinum Equity then acquired PAE in 2016.
