For “VSignals,” the Halfaker team includes Medallia and Deloitte. They will update the surveying and dashboard functions of VSignals platform that collects responses and aims to apply that data toward improving services for veterans.

Halfaker said the project will incorporate agile development practices in an effort to bring new lines of business into the experience management platform.

The VA awarded this contract via the $22.3 billion “T4NG” contract vehicle, which Halfaker is a prime on.
