Vectrus CFO resigns

Vectrus chief financial officer Matthew Klein has resigned from the company to pursue other interests.

Vectrus chief financial officer Matthew Klein has resigned from the company, effective March 20.

He had effectively held the position since 2011 when he became the CFO of Exelis Mission Systems, Vectrus’ predecessor company.

In a Security & Exchange Commission filing, Vectrus said Klein was leaving to pursue “other career interests.” The filing also stated that his departure did not involve any disagreement with management or Vectrus’ outside auditor.

With his departure, the company board appointed William B. Noon to be acting CFO. Noon currently is Vectrus’ chief accounting officer.

The company has launched a search for a new CFO.
