Noblis names new president of ESI group

Nonprofit science and technology organization Noblis said Wednesday it has promoted Rick Harrison to president of its Noblis ESI subsidiary.

Harrison joined Noblis ESI in 2008 and was more recently vice president and general manager on its largest contract. He will lead the general management and strategic direction of the subsidiary’s overall technical, financial and administrative activities.

He is a retired Navy officer with 25 years of service in Naval Intelligence units and national intelligence agencies.
