Linquest appoints Dills as CEO

LinQuest Corp. names former Scitor Corp. President Timothy Dills as chief executive.

Space systems technology integrator LinQuest Corp. said Tuesday it has hired former Scitor Corp. President Timothy Dills as CEO.

Dills joins LinQuest nearly 10 months after the company was acquired by private equity firms Madison Dearborn Partners and CoVant Management, the same group that owned LGS Innovations for almost five years until its recent sale to CACI International.

LinQuest is headquartered in Los Angeles and maintains an office in Centreville, Virginia that Dills will be based at.

The company was founded in 2004 after it spun out of former parent Titan Corp. and on its own has developed solutions in areas such as space systems, large-scale systems engineering and integration, software and cyber systems development, complex systems modeling and simulation, and data analytics.

As Scitor’s president, Dills oversaw that company’s growth to $600 million in revenue over his tenure there from 2008 until its acquisition in 2015 by Science Applications International Corp. for $790 million.
