DTS, a small business in Arlington, Virginia, has won a $2.6 million contract with the Fish & Wildlife Services to provide IT program management and change management services.

The contract expands on work the company has done with FWS and is a follow-on to the Human Capital Management System Implementation Support Services contract.

The company has worked with FWS for over 10 years in a wide range of areas including business process analysis, business case development, system design, and implementation.

Under this new contract, DTS will work with the FWS Office of Business Innovation & Transformation and provide program management support for a human capital software development program.

Other services such as training, marketing, change management and implementation support will help FWS move off of legacy IT systems and streamline the agency’s hiring process.

The company also recently won a $250,000 contract with the Veterans Affairs Department's Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection to provide business process reengineering and change management services.
