NIH finalizes 38 awards for CIO-SP3 small business

Thirty-eight companies are the final winners for the first on-ramp of the $20 billion National Institutes of Health CIO-SP3 Small Business contract for IT services.

The contract covers IT services on medical equipment and other healthcare technology systems, support for the chief information officer, imaging and outsourcing support, operations and maintenance, integration, IT infrastructure protection, digital government and software development.

Thirty-eight companies have been chosen as final winners for the first on-ramp of the $20 billion National Institutes of Health CIO-SP3 Small Business contract for IT integration and outsourcing support.

NIH posted a FedBizOpps notice Saturday to list those businesses almost one month after the agency released a pre-award notice that lists companies that qualified as potential winners.

This on-ramp was for the service-disabled, veteran-owned small business group. The period of performance is from April 2, 2018 through October 31, 2022.

NIH’s IT Acquisition and Assessment Center is still evaluating bids from the general small business, 8(a) small business and HUBZone groups.

Phoenix Data Security and Strategic Operational Solutions did not make the final cut from the list of qualified companies but still have the option to protest.

Pending protests, the 38 final winners for the service-disabled, veteran-owned small business on-ramp are:
