The Defense Information Systems Agency is trying to determine whether small businesses can support its Cyber Services Line of Business.

The Defense Information Systems Agency is trying to determine whether small businesses can support its Cyber Services Line of Business, according to a new sources sought notice.

The DISA’s Cyber Services LOB oversees the development and maintenance of all IT assets that process, store and transmit Defense Department information. The LOB includes Cyber Vulnerability Management services, which include executing policies and guidance, vulnerability scanning, compliance monitoring, and cyber systems management and automation configuration.

To help DISA determine the role that small businesses would be able to play in the LOB services, it’s interested in hearing about joint ventures and other partnerships to meet each requirements. DISA wants to know about companies’ areas of expertise and those related to the JV and partnerships to meet specific requirements.

DISA released its sources sought notice March 14. Responses are due by March 29.
