Serco Group's Americas region subsidiary adds former Exelis executive and three-decade industry veteran Pamela Drew to the board of directors.

Serco Group’s Americas region subsidiary said Thursday that three-decade aerospace and defense veteran Pamela Drew has joined its board of directors.

Drew more recently was an executive vice president at Exelis before it was acquired by rival defense contractor Harris Corp. in 2015. Her career also includes leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, TASC and Boeing.

Serco Inc. cited her experience in management of businesses with around $3 billion in revenue and at least 8,000 employees.

Reston, Virginia-based Serco Inc. added retired Navy Vice Adm. Carol Pottenger to the board in January.
