C2 promotes Rath to CEO

C2 Technologies moves Manik Rath up to CEO nearly three months after he joined the contractor as its COO.

Human capital and IT services contractor C2 Technologies said Tuesday it has promoted former Chief Operating Officer Manik Rath to CEO in a move that took effect Jan. 1.

Rath joined the Tysons Corner, Va.-based company as COO in September from the nonprofit consulting firm LMI. He succeeds co-founder and CEO Dolly Oberoi, who will remain with C2 as chief learning officer and focus on innovation and thought leadership.

C2 develops modeling and simulation software for federal and commercial entities to use in training efforts.

The company’s contract vehicle portfolio includes the Human Capital and Training Solutions contract jointly run by the General Services Administration and Office of Personnel Management, Navy Seaport-e and Federal Aviation Administration E-Fast.

Customers of C2 include OPM, the Air Force, Army and the Interior and Homeland Security departments.
