TeraThink adds former SAIC exec Wagoner to board

TeraThink adds former SAIC executive Doug Wagoner to the board of directors on the heels of a merger-of-equals with Dominion Consulting.
Government IT consulting firm TeraThink Corp. said Thursday it has added former longtime Science Applications International Corp. executive Doug Wagoner to the board of directors.
He joins TeraThink’s board in the wake of its merger-of-equals with agile development and IT modernization contractor Dominion Consulting.
That transaction closed last month to create an $80 million annual revenue company with sales evenly divided between defense and civilian agencies.
Wagoner more recently held a sector president role at SAIC until his Sept. 1 retirement from the company after almost 10 years there.
He was one of the key leaders in the 2013 separation of the old $10 billion-revenue SAIC into the two companies now known as Leidos and SAIC.
