DISA seeks small biz support for joint interoperability command

The Defense Information Systems Agency is determining which small businesses can provide mission support services to the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC).

The Defense Information Systems Agency is determining which small businesses can provide mission support services to the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC).

Under a potential five-year contract, the contractor will aid in developing, maintaining, and supporting Internal Automated Services (IAS) and Web Services (WS) related to day-to-day business processes. JITC needs custom computer programming and support to develop Common Access Card-enabled applications for management, cost estimates, accounting, and contract development and management.

The contractor will provide helpdesk support, tracking and reporting issues and problems, operations and maintenance of accounts, and providing briefings on IAS and WB.

Task areas include:

  • IAS development and integration
  • WS development, integration and maintenance
  • Reports and general requirements
  • Cyber threat security plans
  • Supply chain risk management
  • Commercial safety practices
  • Invoicing

DISA released its sources sought notice Nov. 8. Responses are due by 28.
