CENTRA Technology wins $70M contract to provide advisory services to DTRA

CENTRA Technology Inc. has won a $70 million contract to provide advisory and assistance services to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s Intelligence, Plans and Resource Integration Directorate and Standing Joint Forces Headquarters-Elimination.

CENTRA Technology Inc. has won a $70 million contract to provide advisory and assistance services to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s Intelligence, Plans and Resource Integration Directorate and Standing Joint Forces Headquarters-Elimination.

The Intelligence, Plans and Resource Integration Directorate operates under the Strategic Command Center for Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction, which forms recommendations to decrease any vulnerabilities and improve the effectiveness of the fight against weapons of mass destruction, according to DTRA’s website.

Under the five-year contract, CENTRA will support the Strategic Planning and Policy Integration Office, the Standing Joint Force Headquarters for Elimination, Advisory Committees and Programs, Synchronization and Plans Department and the Requirements Integration Department.

Work will be performed in Fort Belvoir, Va. and is expected to be completed in August 2021, the Defense Department said in a release.
