Red Team Consulting names director of capture strategy

Red Team Consulting has named Stephen Yuter director of capture strategy.

In his new role, Yuter will manage the company’s strategic capture projects and provide expertise on the government evaluation process for clients, the company said in a release.

Most recently, Yuter was the director of acquisition management and head of the contracting activity at the Indian Health Service under the Department of Health and Human Services. He was previously a senior contracting officer at both the Agriculture Department and the Department of Homeland Security.
