May’s 53 is up from last month’s 47 awards. The number also tops May 2015’s when we covered 43 awards. So far in 2016, Washington Technology has covered 243 compared to 233 for a same period last year.

To make the list in May, you had to have a contract with a value greater than $245 million. May’s contract roundup threshold is higher than April’s $128.8 million threshold.

May was a great month for Harris, who nabbed two of the top ten spots, but also for Booz Allen, who took sole possession of one spot and also made a second appearance via a multiple-award contract.
