Indyne wins $46.4M sole source O&M contract

Indyne Inc. has won a $46.4 million sole source contract modification to continue providing operations and maintenance support to the Eglin Test and Training Complex.

Indyne Inc. has won a $46.4 million sole source contract modification to continue providing operations and maintenance support to the Eglin Test and Training Complex.

Under the contract, Indyne will provide engineering and technical services necessary to operate the 96th Test Wing's ranges and facilities in order to support the research, development, test and evaluation of weapon systems, subsystems, and components, the Defense Department said in a release.

The 96th Test Wing is the test and evaluation center for Air Force air-delivered weapons, navigation and guidance systems, command and control systems, and Air Force Special Operations Command systems, according to the Eglin AFB website.

Work will be performed at the base as well as at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be completed in September 2016.
