LGS Innovations appoints new general counsel

LGS Innovations has named Douglas Manya executive vice president, general counsel and secretary.

In his new role, Manya will oversee the legal, corporate governance, and contractual activities of LGS and its compliance with government procurement regulations and LGS ethical standards, the company said in a release.

Before LGS, Manya served at Booz Allen Hamilton as vice president, deputy general counsel and secretary. He has also worked at law firm Howrey & Simon.

Michael Garson, previous LGS general counsel and secretary, will continue in his role as chief administrative officer.
