BRMi acquires agile enterprise software development, systems integration firm

BRMi has acquired ClearSoft in a move that bolster’s BRMi’s agile enterprise software development and systems integration capabilities.

The acquisition allows BRMi to be a single source for end-to-end capabilities that accelerate and optimize digital transformation, the company said in a release.

The acquisition integrates BRMi’s expertise in and proprietary models for re-architecting business processes with Clearsoft’s skills as an agile software developer, the company said.
