Novetta names new head of federal

Novetta has appointed Tiffanny Gates to the position of president of the company’s federal division.

In her new role, Gates will lead the company’s work with government customers and be responsible for the division’s overall strategy and direction, profitability, business development and solutions delivery.

She joins the company from Raytheon Blackbird Technologies, where she served as vice president of cyber strategies. Before that, Gates held positions at ManTech International, Emerging Technologies Group, and the National Security Agency.
