The Transportation Security Administration is considering setting up an enterprise case tracking tool to handle its civil rights cases.

TSA released a request for information to determine what companies can provide as possible solutions.

Officials’ intent is to identify an application to manage case tracking and provide management functionality. They say the ideal solution would be an integrated tool set through which the government manages and tracks civil rights and civil liberties cases and monitors performance metrics. They also want to cut back on their in-house system maintenance and move to a cloud environment.

TSA released the RFI Jan. 15. Responses are due by Jan. 25.
