ManTech names new exec director of proposal operations

ManTech International has named Paul Napier executive director of proposal operations for the company’s proposal center in Herndon, Va.

Napier brings more than 20 years of proposal strategy and development experience to the role, ManTech said in a release.

He will report to Yvonne Vervaet, senior vice president of business development the company’s Cyber & Intelligence Solutions group.
