Small biz winners named for $5B Air Force cyber contract

Seven small businesses have won spots on a $5 billion contract to provide the Air Force with cybersecurity and information systems support; large business winners yet to be named.

Seven small businesses have won spots on a $5 billion contract to provide the Air Force with cybersecurity and information systems support.

These small business winners will share the $5 billion ceiling with a not-yet-awarded full and open competition pool of winners, the Defense Department said in a release.

The small business winners are:

  • Barbaricum LLC
  • BRTRC Federal Solutions
  • Data Systems Analysts
  • Professional Project Services
  • Oak Ridge
  • SMS Data Products Group
  • Solers Inc.

The contract calls for research, development, test and evaluation efforts for technical area tasks within the software analysis, information assurance, knowledge management and information sharing, and modeling and simulation focus areas, the Defense Department said.

Fourteen small businesses bid on this contract.
