L-3 Communications Corp. has won a $10.7 million order from the Navy for flight trainer system configuration upgrades.

The F/A-18C/D tactical operational flight trainer system configuration sets will provide upgrades to the mission computer, aircraft and weapons sensors and human aircraft interaction, the Defense Department said in a release.
Work is slated to be completed in March 2018.
