Bohemia Interactive Simulations has won a $12.3 million sole source contract to support the Marine Corps’ training systems.

Bohemia Interactive Simulations has won a $12.3 million sole source contract to support the Marine Corps’ training systems.

This contract will support software used in the Deployable Virtual Training Environment training systems.

The Deployable Virtual Training Environment is a first-person, immersive, simulation-based training system capable of emulating and simulating a wide variety of training scenarios and weapons systems, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., and is expected to be completed by September 2020.
