SAS taps Google vet as new director of federal sales

SAS has appointed Scott Frohman to be the company’s new director of federal sales.

SAS has appointed Scott Frohman to be the company’s new director of federal sales.

In his new role, Frohman will lead a team of sales and industry experts devoted to helping federal agencies and departments solve critical problems and meet mission requirements, the company said in a release.

He joins SAS from Google, where he served as enterprise federal sales manager for Defense and Intelligence.

Frohman holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Bucknell University, a master’s degree in computer science from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
