Leidos nabs $8M contract to conduct vulnerability assessments

Leidos has won an $8 million contract to provide target vulnerability assessments and data analysis to the Air Force.

Leidos has won an $8 million contract to provide target vulnerability assessments and data analysis to the Air Force.

Under the contract, Leidos will conduct assessments that combine target vulnerability data from testing, target optical signature measurements, target exploitation intelligence and computational predictive results into a comprehensive assessment of probability of vulnerability.

Work will be performed at Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M., and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2020.

Nine other companies bid for the work under this contract, the Defense Department said in a release.
