Constellation West wins $3M contract to support USTRANSCOM info system

Constellation West has won a $3 million contract to provide software development and sustainment in support of the U.S. Transportation Command’s Commercial Operations Integrated System (COINS) program.

Constellation West has won a $3 million contract to provide software development and sustainment in support of the U.S. Transportation Command’s Commercial Operations Integrated System (COINS) program.

COINS is a multiuser online information system supporting contracting, budgeting and analysis necessary for the financial management of the airlift augmentation program, Constellation West said in a release.

Under the contract, the company will provide full life-cycle support, including operations, system maintenance, software updates and integration of new technologies for COINS.

Harris IT Services is a partner on this contract.
