Siteworx taps new CFO

Siteworx has named Lisa Brown chief financial officer just a day after the company added CEO to president Ken Quaglio’s title and moved co-founder Tim McLaughlin into the role of chairman.

Brown joins the company from 9Lenses, where she served as chief financial officer. Before 9Lenses, she worked as chief financial officer of Trusted Computer Solutions, which was acquired by Raytheon in 2010, after which Brown served in the role of president of Raytheon Trusted Computer Solutions.

She has also held positions at Realeum Inc., Calico Commerce, and Ernst & Young. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA degree, Siteworx said in a release.
