Three small businesses win contracts to support Navy business applications

Three companies have won contracts to provide software and systems engineering, development and support services to the Navy.

Three companies have won contracts to provide software and systems engineering, development and support services to the Navy.

The winners are:

  • Cognetic Technologies Inc. – $18.7 million (base: $10.8 million)
  • Geocent LLC – $17.4 million (base: 10.1 million)
  • VSolvit LLC – $12.7 million (base: 7.4 million)

Under the contracts, the two companies will provide software and systems engineering, development and support services to assist in the delivery and maintenance of business applications, systems, and enabling technologies, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to wrap up April 2018.

This procurement was a small business set-aside, with five companies bidding on it, the Defense Department said.
