KOAM Engineering captures $36.4M contract to support tactical data links

KOAM Engineering Services has won a $36.4 million contract to support Navy tactical data links and related systems that support Navy and Foreign Military Sales commands.

KOAM Engineering Services has won a potentially $36.4 million contract to support Navy tactical data links and related systems that support Navy and Foreign Military Sales commands.

The base value of this contract is $15.8 million.

Under the contract, the company will provide engineering, maintenance, risk management, integrated logistics support, configuration management and readiness and lifecycle analysis, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed in San Diego, and the contract runs through April 2017.

This contract was a small business set-aside contract, with three companies bidding on the work.
