BCF Solutions wins $486M contract to provide security to Air Force

BCF Solutions has won a $486 million contract to provide the Air Force with force protection site security systems.

BCF Solutions has won a $486 million contract to provide the Air Force with force protection site security systems.

Under the contract, BCF solutions will provide for worldwide acquisition, upgrade and sustainment of a family of integrated base defense security systems, the Defense Department said in a release.

These systems include:

  • Fixed-site intrusion detection systems
  • Tactical automated security systems
  • Delay/denial systems

Work is expected to wrap up in April 2023.

Twelve companies bid on this contract, the Defense Department said.
