Former SRA exec takes over HP state & local

HP Enterprise Services names Stephen Tolbert, a former SRA executive, as the leader of its state, local and education division.
HP Enterprise Services has named Stephen Tolbert as the president of its state, local and education division.
Tolbert will focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of government business processes and enhancing citizen services.

Tolbert was a senior vice president of SRA International, where he ran the company’s civilian and health business. He is also the former CEO of Global Systems & Strategies Inc.
Tolbert is a graduate of the University of Maryland and served two terms as an officer of the business group Northern Virginia Technology Council.
