Nexagen Networks has won a $15.9 million contract to provide engineering support to the Defense and Homeland Security Departments.

Nexagen Networks has won a $15.9 million contract to provide engineering support to the Defense and Homeland Security Departments.

The small business set aside contract was awarded by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific.

Under the contract, Nexagen will provide engineering support services for information assurance and security engineering-related services to the two departments.

Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Penn., and Marlboro, N.J., and is expected to wrap up in February 2018.

Two small businesses bid on this contract.
