Lockheed adds two to exec team, taps new CTO

Lockheed Martin has named Rod Makoske and Keoki Jackson to its executive team.

Lockheed Martin has named Rod Makoske and Keoki Jackson to its executive team.

Rod Makoske has been named senior vice president, Corporate Engineering, Technology, and Operations and corporate officer.

In his new role, Makoske will provide leadership in the areas of technology, engineering, production, supply chain, program management and sustainment operations. He will also oversee recruitment, retention and development of the company’s engineering and operations workforce.

Makoske was formerly vice president of Technical Operations for Lockheed’s Mission Systems and Training business area. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech.

Keoki Jackson has been named vice president and chief technology officer.

In his new role, Keoki will oversee Lockheed’s advanced technology strategy. He will also manage the company’s research and development relationships.

Keoki was formerly vice president for Program Excellence. He holds a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and doctorate degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT.
