Vistronix taps new CFO

Vistronix hires a new chief financial officer with experience managing several IPOs.

Vistronix has hired Alan Stewart as its new chief financial officer.

Stewart has experience guiding several companies through initial public offerings including ICF International in 2006 and Deltek in 1997.

At Vistronix, he’ll be responsible for corporate-wide financial leadership.

“Not only does he have great success and experience integrating acquisitions, but his expertise with IPOs and public markets adds a whole new dimension to our optionality as we continue to build Vistronix,” said company president and CEO John Hassoun.

In addition to ICF and Deltek, Stewart’s CFO positions include DataZen Corp. and Blackboard Inc. He also held senior finance positions at BTG, C3, Martin Marietta, Touche Ross & Co. and the division of corporate finance at the Securities and Exchange Commission.

He is a certified public accountant and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University.
