Salient promotes four from within

Salient Federal Solutions has made four internal promotions to its senior management team.

JD Kuhn has been named senior vice president and controller, finance. Kuhn joined the company in 2010 as vice president and controller. Before Salient, he worked at SI International as senior vice president.

Larry Rose has been named senior vice president, contracts and procurement. He joined Salient in 2010 as vice president of contracts and procurement. Before joining the company, he held positions at ICF International and Dynamics Research Corp.

Paul Bander has been named vice president, contracts and pricing. Bander joined the company in 2011 as director of pricing. Before Salient, he held senior positions at BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, and Federal Data Corp.

Sean Delaney has been promoted to vice president, capture and proposal operations. He joined Salient in 2010 as director of corporate capture management. Before joining the company, Delaney held a number of roles at companies.
